Sleeping disorders are among the most common health problems in the population and have increased in the past years. They are closely linked to the development of mental health problems such as anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
We support evidence based, interdisciplinary treatments of sleeping disorders by granting scholarships for the MAS in Sleep Medicine at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Bern, Faculty of Biomedical Sciences of the Università della Svizzera italiana.
