Funded by the US National Institute of Child Health & Development (NICHD)

The ideas developed at the Think Tank Meeting culminated in a proposal for a research, entitled “Behavioral and genomic mechanisms linking childhood violence exposure to health.”  They have just learned that this project will be funded by the US National Institute of Child Health & Development (NICHD).  The funding brings $3.75million to Duke University and King’s College London, and will be carried out in their UK Environmental-Risk Twin Study.
